Dynamo Training opens Fit Shop

In addition to the fitness facilities of “Dynamo Training” Croydon and HARD Fitness East Grinstead, last Dec we opened the “Fit Shop”. This is a separate physical space on the business centre that houses “Dynamo Training”. It is full of Exercise Support Solutions for today’s busy human.

What is “Exercise support solution”?

A bit like exercise itself, its support solution can be very varied. People have different goals and different bodies. Some may just want to add some movement into their lifestyle, some may wish to shed weight and some may want to enter a body building competition or take part in an iron man!

However if you take exercise in its most basic form of Push-Pull-Run-Jump at a level that raises heart rate. creates muscle fatigue and necessary breath control, then the support solution can be taken in its most basic form also. Energy. Hydration. Recovery. Equipment.
