You fly out on Saturday and fly back Saturday. In
total you get 17 hours of workouts in-between!! All of
them designed to (1) Increase your fitness, (2) Increase
your muscle tone and (3) Reduce your body fat.
Measuring your success
I will take all your body stats and evaluate your
fitness before we start, then I will monitor you as the
week progresses modifying things on the way so as to
deliver you at the end of the week in a fitter thinner
more toned, tanned and massively more relaxed state than
you started it. In my words 'Job Done'!!
