Personal training with Dynamo involved the following training methods:
- Specific boxing skills
- Boxing bags
- Pad work
- 1-2-1 sparring
- isometric and plyometric varied cardio endurance
- Free weights & resistance
Basically, everything to excite you and stimulate your body into a more effective, active and dynamic calorie burning tool.

- I train more women than men (Ok NOT to compete/fight in boxing)
- I train (and please don't be offended) as many fat people as I do slim people.
- I get everybody fitter, stronger, leaner and faster than they were when they walked in the door
- I can increase your physical agility and dexterity, your mental agility and all round wellbeing.
- I train actual athletes in many different sports - runners, duathletes, water skiers, footballers and boxers. I have even trained a pole vaulter !!
