This is not a poncey boxer-robics class for the body pump lycra brigade. Laydeez & gentlemen, boys and girls welcome, junior & senior sessions.

Dynamo Boxing is A.B.C. registered and fully affiliated with the Amateur Boxing Association (A.B.A.). We also have qualified A.B.A coaches who are all C.R.B checked.
